Delivery and store pickup
Where we deliver
Home delivery is available only to the pincodes below. The checkout checks your pincode against this list and will not accept a delivery order outside it; you can still reserve for pickup from any branch.

What it costs and how you pay
Delivery is free. There is no minimum order. You pay the full amount on delivery, by cash or by UPI to the person who brings the phone. We do not take card payments at the door and we never ask for payment in advance for a delivery order.
How long it takes
The delivery time shown for your pincode counts from the working day after the order is confirmed by phone. Orders are delivered from the nearest branch that has the phone in stock, during that branch's opening hours. If the phone goes out of stock between your order and dispatch, the branch calls you before doing anything else.
Same-day store pickup
Choose pickup at checkout and pick a branch. The branch holds the phone for you on the day of the order and you pay at the counter, by cash, UPI or card, when you collect. If you do not collect that day, the reservation lapses and the phone goes back on sale; nothing is charged.
